Hired Hands Moving is a division of Student Agencies Inc, one of the oldest and largest student-run companies in the United States, founded at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Since 1984, we have been helping families, students, and businesses move with care, professionalism, and a genuine sense of community.

We are not a franchise. We are not a call centre dispatch. We are your neighbours, who know this town, care about this community, and show up to do the job right every single time.

Our Parent Company

Student Agencies Inc.

Student Agencies Inc. was founded in 1894 at Cornell University and is one of the oldest and largest student-run business organisations in the country. It exists to give students real-world business experience while delivering genuine value to the Ithaca community.

Hired Hands Moving is one of several student-run divisions under the Student Agencies umbrella. When you hire us you are supporting student development, local employment, and a legacy of community service that goes back over a century.
