Damage Claims
We stand behind every move we make.
In the rare chance that Hired Hands damages a possession of yours, we have a procedure to compensate you for your loss. All damage claims must be submitted in writing to hiredhands@studentagencies.com within 72 hours of the conclusion of the move.
How to File a Claim
Document the Damage
As soon as you notice damage, photograph it clearly. Include the item itself and any surrounding context. Do this before moving or using the item further.
Submit Within 72 Hours
Email your claim to hiredhands@studentagencies.com within 72 hours of the conclusion of your move. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
Include the Following
Your full name, move date, a description of the damaged item, photographs of the damage, and an estimated value or replacement cost.
We Review & Respond
Our team will review your claim and follow up with you directly. We take every claim seriously and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.
